About this role
At adm Group, this remote Account Manager role centers on stewarding a key retail client's marketing assets—everything from print and point-of-sale materials to promotional merchandise. You'll be the main point of contact between the client's internal teams and adm's suppliers and production partners, managing projects end-to-end from brief through delivery while keeping budgets tight, timelines met, and quality high. The work spans sourcing, production oversight, logistics coordination, and regular performance reporting, with built-in responsibility for spotting cost savings, sustainability improvements, and growth opportunities.
This role suits someone with prior experience in account or project management within marketing services, print, POSM, or promotional merchandise—ideally in FMCG, retail, or agency settings. You'll need strong stakeholder management and communication skills, solid commercial judgment around budgets and supplier relationships, and the organizational discipline to juggle multiple workstreams without dropping details. Comfort with Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools is essential, as is a genuine interest in retail trends and shopper marketing strategy.
The position is based remotely but includes occasional travel to the client site. Success here depends on being proactive about problem-solving, eager to drive continuous improvement, and genuinely committed to delivering excellent service under pressure.
