About this role
Apptronik is building the People Analytics function from the ground up, and this role puts you in charge of that build. You'll own the strategy, data governance, and analytics roadmap that turn workforce data—attrition, cost, organizational health, and beyond—into insights that shape talent and business decisions at the executive and board level. This is a leadership position that requires both technical depth and the ability to translate complex analysis into clear narratives that drive action.
The role demands 10+ years of progressive People or Workforce Analytics experience, with a proven track record advising senior leadership. You'll need strong SQL skills, proficiency in BI tools like Tableau or PowerBI, and hands-on experience with statistical and predictive modeling. Workday expertise is important, as is a solid grasp of data governance frameworks and compliance requirements like GDPR and CCPA. A Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or I/O Psychology is preferred.
This is an in-office position in Austin and suits someone who thrives in a builder role—someone comfortable defining processes, setting standards, and mentoring analytics work while staying closely connected to executive stakeholders. You'll balance strategic vision with hands-on technical work, and you'll need the business acumen to partner effectively across HR and the broader organization.
