About this role

The Dalio Family Office is seeking an Accounting Associate to own core financial operations across its family office entities, which support the Dalios' investments, philanthropic initiatives, and ventures globally. Based in Westport, Connecticut with a hybrid arrangement, the role offers a salary range of $85,000 to $145,000 depending on experience and education, plus comprehensive benefits including 100% company-paid medical premiums, 15 to 25 days of PTO, a generous 401(k) match, and various wellness and family support services.
