- Active RN or LPN license in North Carolina or a qualifying compact state
- Current in-person CPR certification

IntelliChoice Home Care is hiring LPNs and RNs for weekend night shifts in Raleigh—a schedule designed to give you weekdays free. You'll provide one-on-one care to patients with complex medical needs, including tracheostomy and ventilator cases, in home settings. If you're rusty on specialized skills or new to this work, the company offers full training and ongoing clinical support. You choose which cases and patient types (adult or pediatric) you take on, and every home is inspected before your first visit.
The role suits nurses who prefer autonomy and direct patient relationships over high-volume hospital settings. You'll have 24/7 access to a clinical team and respiratory experts, plus weekly pay and bonuses for high-need cases. Full-time staff receive free telehealth and mental health coaching through Vitable Primary Care. The company is small and family-owned after 17 years, with a stated emphasis on supporting staff growth and safety.
You'll need a current North Carolina or compact state LPN or RN license, in-person CPR certification, and a TB skin test completed within the past year. Pay ranges from $28–$32 per hour for LPNs and $29–$33 for RNs.
