About this role

Revolution Medicines is building out its Program Management Office to support a growing oncology drug development portfolio. This role sits at the center of that effort, working directly with Program Managers and cross-functional development teams to design and implement the processes, tools, and standards that keep complex programs aligned and on track. You'd be responsible for translating what teams actually need into practical, scalable solutions—everything from integrated planning tools to risk management frameworks to training and adoption support.

The ideal candidate has strong fundamentals in program management and understands the drug development lifecycle well enough to spot where processes break down or where teams are duplicating effort. You'd need to be equally comfortable gathering feedback from stakeholders, identifying root causes of inefficiency, and then building the governance structures and templates that stick. This requires both analytical rigor and genuine influencing skills; you're not implementing solutions in a vacuum, but driving adoption across competing priorities and functions.

You should have at least six to eight years in life sciences (depending on your degree level), with demonstrated experience either in a PMO-type role or helping organizations scale processes as they grow. Comfort with tools like Smartsheet or Microsoft 365, plus experience with change management and training, are essential. This is an in-office role in Redwood City with a base salary range of $143,000 to $178,000.
