About this role
Dynamis is hiring a Victim Notification Analyst to support the FBI's VOSS program at headquarters in Washington, DC. You would coordinate case strategy across FBI field offices, DOJ personnel, and other stakeholders—leading calls, delivering briefings, and developing notification approaches for active investigations. The work centers on managing victim data, creating outreach products, and maintaining case records in SharePoint and Sentinel systems while meeting daily reporting deadlines.
This is a contract role requiring hands-on technical and interpersonal skills. You'll need proficiency with Excel (including advanced functions), SharePoint, and data management, plus the ability to think independently and problem-solve under pressure. The position demands a Top Secret clearance, a bachelor's degree (or four years of relevant work experience), and at least two years in a professional environment. Prior experience in federal law enforcement, victim services, or case management is preferred but not required.
The role suits someone comfortable moving between analytical work and stakeholder engagement—someone who can wrangle large datasets one moment and present strategy to senior personnel the next. If you have the clearance already or can obtain it, strong Excel and SharePoint skills, and experience coordinating across multiple teams, this could be a solid fit at the $70,000–$80,000 range.
