About this role
Supporting the FBI's Child Exploitation Notification Program requires someone comfortable working with sensitive material at scale and managing complex coordination across law enforcement, victim services, and legal partners. As a CENP Victim Notification Analyst at Dynamis, you would provide strategic and administrative support to the CENP Coordinator, handling everything from quality-checking victim data and notification forms to maintaining case records in specialized systems (CENPTS, VNS, Sentinel) and generating reports for federal partners and victim services providers. The work demands strong subject matter knowledge of federal statutes governing victim notification, careful attention to detail when reviewing child sexual abuse material series data, and sound judgment in liaising with the FBI, NCMEC, prosecutors, and external stakeholders.
This is a contract role based at FBI Headquarters in Washington, DC and requires an active Top Secret clearance. You'll need solid technical proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint), program management experience, and the ability to lead meetings and create formal presentations. The ideal candidate has at least two years of professional work experience, ideally with prior exposure to federal law enforcement, victim services, or case-management environments. A bachelor's degree is standard, though four years of directly relevant professional experience can substitute.
The role suits someone detail-oriented and mission-driven who can handle emotionally demanding subject matter while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. You should be comfortable with systems work, data reconciliation, and serving as a reliable point of contact across multiple organizations. The salary range is $70,000 to $80,000 annually.
