About this role
Dynamis is seeking an analyst to support the FBI's Victim Notification Services program at headquarters in Washington, DC. You would work directly with the VNS program manager, handling the administrative and analytical backbone of victim notification operations—managing case data across federal systems, generating reports, tracking statistics, and ensuring compliance with DOJ guidelines. The role demands precision with data and systems; you'll spend significant time in Sentinel, VNS, and SharePoint, manipulating spreadsheets, maintaining records, and creating reports that inform program decisions. You'll also serve as the primary contact for internal and external clients, providing training and communicating updates as processes evolve.
This is a contract position suited to someone with solid professional office experience and genuine comfort with Microsoft tools, particularly Excel and SharePoint. You need a bachelor's degree (or four years of equivalent work experience), an active Top Secret clearance, and U.S. citizenship. Prior exposure to federal law enforcement or victim services is valuable but not required; what matters more is your ability to work independently, think critically about data and processes, and handle sensitive information with appropriate discretion. The salary range is $60,000–$70,000, with variation based on your background and experience.
