About this role

Syndigo's Demand Generation Manager role centers on building and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue for a B2B SaaS company serving major brands and retailers. You'll own webinar strategy end-to-end—from planning and speaker coordination through promotion and performance analysis—while also managing the company's social media presence and running integrated campaigns across email, paid media, and digital channels. The position requires close collaboration with content, creative, product marketing, and sales teams to develop messaging and assets that resonate with audiences.

This role suits someone with at least four years of demand generation or B2B marketing experience who has hands-on expertise with webinars, email marketing, and social media management. You'll need familiarity with marketing automation platforms like Marketo and Salesforce, strong project management skills, and the ability to analyze campaign data and optimize for results. B2B SaaS and ecommerce background is preferred. The hybrid arrangement requires two days per week in the Chicago office.

The position offers a salary range of $80,000–$100,000 plus an $8,000–$10,000 bonus, along with standard benefits including health insurance, PTO, volunteer time off, disability coverage, parental leave, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.
