While this posting is not for an immediate opening, selected candidates will be notified first when project needs arise. The role is based in Los Angeles with up to 50% travel, though applications from anywhere in the continental US are welcome.
You'll configure and implement project management information systems that handle budget, cost, schedule, risk, and reporting for heavy-civil infrastructure programs. This involves setting up PMIS modules, managing security and system integrations, developing data models and dashboards, and automating data workflows using SQL and Python. You'll work closely with project controls teams to ensure data structures are accurate, audit-ready, and support integrated reporting across multiple systems—often reconciling inconsistent data across scheduling, cost, and financial platforms.
The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, construction management, or a related field, plus at least three years configuring enterprise software systems like Unifier, P6, Kahua, or Procore. You'll need hands-on experience with SQL, Python, system integrations, APIs, and data transformation across large datasets. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate technical data into clear reports for leadership are essential. Infrastructure project controls experience and certifications like PMP or CCM are preferred but not required.
