Description

About Us

Red Cell Partners is an incubation firm building and investing in rapidly scalable technology-led companies that are bringing revolutionary advancements to market in three distinct practice areas: healthcare, cyber, and national security. United by a shared sense of duty and deep belief in the power of innovation, Red Cell is developing powerful tools and solutions to address our Nation’s most pressing problems.

About MyPattern

MyPattern is a personalized health platform focused on women's health. We unify a woman's health data across the places it currently sits — labs, EHR records, wearables, supplements and cycle trackers — and use it to give her a coherent picture of her own health with clear guidance on next steps. Most people's health data exists, but is scattered across a dozen portals none of them can read. We're building the layer that makes it usable and actionable.

This is a part-time, high-visibility role for a clinician who bridges Western medicine and integrative care. You'd be the clinical voice of MyPattern — publicly, in partnerships, and as a leader to our clinical advisory board.

What the role involves:

  • Serving as our public clinical voice — on our website, in brand and marketing materials, and across social media
  • Representing MyPattern as CMO on select contracts and strategic partnerships where clinical alignment matters
  • Acting as the deciding voice when our Clinical Advisory Board is split on the direction of a product area
  • Approximately 10–15 hours per month

What we're looking for:

  • An MD or DO board-certified in family medicine, internal medicine, or OB/GYN — or a specialist in another field with a clear women's health focus
  • Formal integrative health training alongside Western medical training: naturopathic medicine, functional medicine, or another recognized integrative modality
  • Comfort and credibility as a public-facing spokesperson
  • Confident clinical judgment where the evidence is incomplete (particularly in integrative medicine such as supplements)

Additional notes:

  • You do not need to be in active clinical practice. Practicing physicians and clinicians who no longer see patients are equally welcome.
  • Compensation is structured as an equity and advisory package.

Our Red Cell Partners Benefits (may differ for each incubation):

For full-time roles

  • Career track opportunity with potential for rapid advancement with strong performance as the firm grows
  • 100% employer paid, comprehensive health care including medical, dental, and vision for you and your family.
  • Paid maternity and paternity for 14 weeks at employees' normal pay.
  • Unlimited PTO, with management approval.
  • Opportunities for professional development and continued learning.
  • Optional 401K, FSA, and equity incentives available.
  • Mental health benefits are available through Tara Mind.
  • Cost effective GLP-1 solutions available through Crux.

We’re an Equal Opportunity Employer: You’ll receive consideration for employment without regard to race, sex, color, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or on the basis of disability.

About this role

Red Cell Partners is seeking a clinician to serve as Chief Medical Officer for MyPattern, a women's health platform that aggregates fragmented health data into actionable insights. This is a part-time advisory role—roughly 10–15 hours monthly—designed for someone who can authentically represent the company's clinical perspective across public channels, partnerships, and strategic decisions.

The position requires an MD or DO board-certified in family medicine, internal medicine, OB/GYN, or a related specialty with demonstrated women's health focus. Critically, you must have formal training in an integrative health modality—functional medicine, naturopathic medicine, or equivalent—alongside your Western medical credentials. You'd be the deciding voice when MyPattern's Clinical Advisory Board reaches an impasse on product direction, and you'd serve as the public face of the company's clinical credibility in marketing materials, on social media, and during key partnerships. The role suits someone comfortable making clinical judgments in areas where evidence is incomplete, particularly around supplements and integrative approaches.

You don't need to be in active clinical practice; physicians and clinicians who have stepped back from patient care are welcome. Compensation is structured as equity and an advisory package rather than a traditional salary. This is a high-visibility role best suited to someone with both the clinical credentials and the comfort speaking publicly about the intersection of conventional and integrative medicine.

Pay for this role

The employer didn't post a pay range for this role. That usually means pay is set in negotiation, which favors whoever arrives with numbers. Check ranges on comparable Chief Medical Officer (Part-Time Advisor) postings in your area, and analyze any offer before you accept it.
