About this role

Loenbro is seeking an Apprentice Electrician to join its team in Kemmerer, Wyoming, working full-time under the mentorship of a journeyman or foreman. This is a hands-on learning role where you'll develop electrical skills across a range of tasks while working on projects that support critical infrastructure. You'll move from observation to independent work as your competency grows, gaining exposure to tools, materials, safety protocols, and the various service areas Loenbro offers—from critical electrical work to underground maintenance and fabrication.

The ideal candidate has one to four years of electrical experience already, paired with strong attention to detail and communication skills. Travel accounts for roughly 10% of the role.

Loenbro provides medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) with company match; paid time off; life and disability coverage; and professional development opportunities.
