About this role
Beacon Biosignals' Diagnostics division is building at-home EEG platforms for sleep and neurological disorders, and this role supports the operational backbone of that mission. As a Logistics Associate in Cleveland, you'll handle the full lifecycle of medical testing equipment—receiving patient kits, programming and sanitizing SleepView monitors, assembling shipment-ready packages, and entering patient data into proprietary software. The work demands precision and compliance with FDA guidelines and HIPAA regulations, so accuracy in both physical tasks and data entry is essential.
You should be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Prior warehouse, kitting, or shipping experience is preferred but not required; what matters more is proficiency with Microsoft Office, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to handling sensitive patient information responsibly. If you have familiarity with HIPAA or experience managing inventory and quality assurance workflows, you'll be well-positioned for this position.
The role is full-time and in-office in Cleveland at $22.50 per hour.
