About this role

Mobius, a woman-owned defense contractor, is hiring an Intermediate Ground Test Engineer to support the Missile Defense Agency's Ground Test Directorate in Huntsville on a contract basis. You'd work as an Advisory and Assistance Services contractor helping plan and execute ground tests for Missile Defense System hardware-in-the-loop environments. The role centers on building and maintaining Scenario Matrices—the core test execution documents that track participants, software versions, threat types, and other critical test data—while coordinating across MDA teams and external stakeholders to identify issues and keep documentation on track.

This position suits someone with seven years of relevant test engineering experience, ideally with exposure to developmental or operational weapon system testing in HWIL settings.
