About this role

Checkr's Senior Enterprise and Strategic Account Representative role centers on managing high-touch support for the company's largest customers—companies like Uber, Airbnb, and DoorDash that depend on Checkr's verification platform. You'll handle complex inquiries across multiple channels, serve as a subject matter expert for your account portfolio, and act as the primary point of contact for onboarding and relationship management. The work involves not just resolving issues but identifying operational gaps, contributing to knowledge systems, and collaborating across Sales, Success, and Implementations teams to anticipate customer needs.

This position demands three or more years in customer-facing roles, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. You'll need proficiency in CRM and support tools, familiarity with FCRA compliance standards (or readiness to learn them), and the capacity to work through ambiguous scenarios with creativity and urgency. Experience mentoring teammates and working with data analysis tools is valued but not required. The role suits someone who combines empathy with a bias for action—someone who can synthesize complex information, stay organized under high volume, and drive continuous improvement.

Based in Nashville with an expectation to work in-office at least three days weekly, the position offers a base salary of $20.68 to $25.95 USD, full medical/dental/vision coverage, learning and development support, equity, and in-office perks including daily lunch and commuter benefits. A relocation stipend is available for those willing to move to a Checkr hub.
