About this role

Koley Jessen P.C. is hiring an entry-level M&A Associate Attorney to support its corporate practice team in Omaha. This is an in-office role designed for recent law graduates or newly admitted attorneys with little to no legal experience. You'll work on the full lifecycle of mergers and acquisitions transactions—from structuring and due diligence through negotiation, drafting, and closing—gaining hands-on experience across a range of industries and client matters. The firm emphasizes mentorship and collaborative learning, meaning you'll have senior attorneys guiding your work as you take on increasing responsibility.

Your day-to-day will involve conducting legal due diligence, drafting transactional documents like purchase agreements and disclosure schedules, researching regulatory and antitrust issues, and analyzing deal risks. Nebraska bar admission or current eligibility is required.

This role suits someone with genuine interest in transactional law who wants structured mentorship early in their career. The firm offers competitive salary, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) match, and EAP), and a modernized office environment in central Omaha.
