About this role
Dillard's Software Integration and Administration team is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to own the full lifecycle of ITSM and custom-scoped applications—from initial design through production deployment and ongoing maintenance. You'll develop and configure workflows, integrations, and UI extensions while ensuring platform stability and upgrade-readiness. The role requires translating business needs into technical solutions, working across infrastructure teams and end-users, and participating in an on-call rotation.
To succeed here, you'll need ServiceNow CAD certification, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and at least three years of hands-on development experience. You should be comfortable with Workflow Studio, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, and the ServiceNow data model, with strong scripting and automation skills. The ability to balance declarative and programmatic approaches, write maintainable code, and use AI-assisted development tools will be important. This is an in-office role at the Little Rock headquarters with no sponsorship available, so you must already be authorized to work in the United States.
The team values adaptability and collaboration, and they invest in helping developers grow. If you're a certified ServiceNow developer looking for a stable, full-time position where you can architect business processes and solve complex IT challenges, this could be a good fit.
