About this role

This is an entry-level sales role at SOL Mental Health focused on building relationships with healthcare providers across the Baltimore area. You'll spend most of your time in the field conducting in-person meetings, developing referral partnerships, and managing your territory using Salesforce. The work is straightforward: connect with medical practices, educate them about SOL's mental health services, track opportunities, and grow your pipeline of referral partners. You'll also analyze trends and work cross-functionally to improve how providers access and refer patients to care.

The role suits someone with 0–2 years of sales, customer service, or business development experience who is self-motivated and enjoys relationship-building. Healthcare or provider-facing experience is a plus but not required. You'll need strong communication skills and ideally some familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce. A genuine interest in expanding mental health access matters here—this is a mission-driven organization, and that mission is reflected in how they work.

Compensation is structured as $75K base plus uncapped commission, with on-target earnings of $125K+. You'll receive medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401K matching, paid time off, ten paid holidays, and parental leave. The company emphasizes mentorship from experienced leaders and fast career growth in a high-growth environment. The role is hybrid but field-heavy, requiring you to be based in or near Baltimore. Note that visa sponsorship is not available.
