About this role
This is a front-desk and administrative role at Sono Bello's St. Louis location, supporting the patient experience in a cosmetic surgery practice. You'll handle the full spectrum of reception duties—greeting patients, managing check-in and check-out, scheduling, chart preparation, and file maintenance—alongside billing tasks like processing payments and reconciling daily reports. The role requires comfort with MS Office (especially Excel), basic math skills, clear communication, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions while managing multiple administrative tasks.
The position suits someone organized and detail-oriented who can work independently at the front desk while staying responsive to both patients and staff. You'll need to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. The job offers a standard benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and paid time off, with no holiday or night-shift work—a genuine schedule advantage if regular hours matter to you. This is a full-time, in-office role paying $15.75–$18.90 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.
