About this role

This role owns the product strategy for developer earnings and wallet features on Roblox, managing how creators monetize their games and reinvest earnings back into growth. You'll drive the full lifecycle from strategy through launch, balancing innovation with fraud prevention and platform safety. The work spans in-app monetization mechanics, payout systems for creator collaborators, and automation that benefits developers, users, and the platform simultaneously.

You'll partner across product, design, engineering, and business teams to align roadmaps and execute on a vision that helps Roblox creators run sustainable businesses. The role demands someone who can operate with incomplete information, advocate for resources in a dynamic environment, and defend product decisions while remaining open to feedback. Success requires both strategic thinking and hands-on technical engagement—you'll work closely with engineers on scalable solutions and rely heavily on data and experimentation to validate decisions.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of product management experience, ideally with exposure to in-app monetization, game analytics, or group management. You should be comfortable in fast-paced, resource-constrained settings, possess a technical mindset that lets you engage deeply with implementation details, and communicate clearly across multiple levels of abstraction. The position is based in San Mateo and requires in-office presence Tuesday through Thursday, with a salary range of $280,540–$330,950.
