Specific Responsibilities
- Completing Proper Safety Requirements and Paperwork
- Digs Trenches as Needed
- Trims outlets, Recessed Cans and other Repetitive Finish Work
- Installs Raceways, Pulls Wire, and Mounts Equipment
- Performs Duties as Assigned by Lead Personnel
- Assists Electricians by Performing Tasks Under the Direct Supervision of an Electrician

About this role
Kelso Industries is seeking an Apprentice Electrician to join YES, LLC in Dickinson, North Dakota. You'll work under the direct supervision of experienced electricians, learning the trade while contributing to real projects. Your day-to-day work will include installing raceways and pulling wire, mounting equipment, trimming outlets and recessed cans, digging trenches as needed, and completing the safety documentation and paperwork that keeps jobs running properly. You'll also coordinate with the YES team to meet weekly projections and stay aligned with the job plan.
This role suits someone who is reliable, energetic, and committed to learning. You'll need to think on your feet when job conditions change, estimate resources accurately, and take pride in neat, quality workmanship. Punctuality, professional conduct, and a willingness to take responsibility for your own development through the apprenticeship program are essential. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to work independently while following direction from lead personnel.
