About this role

Results Physiotherapy is recruiting for a travel physical therapist position through Journey by Upstream, a national program that places licensed PTs across Upstream's network of over 1,200 outpatient clinics in 28 states. This role offers the flexibility to work assignments of 13 weeks, 6 months, or 12 months in different locations, with the option to transition to a permanent position whenever you choose. You'll deliver evidence-based orthopedic care, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with clinical teams across Upstream's regional brands including BenchMark, Results, and Drayer.

The compensation package includes a salary range of $120k–$145k plus monthly non-taxed housing stipends, travel reimbursement, tiered bonuses, and productivity incentives. You'll receive comprehensive benefits—medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, life and disability insurance—along with paid time off, holidays, and paid relocation days. Unlike traditional travel agencies, you maintain continuous insurance coverage between assignments and work within a single EMR system across all clinics, eliminating the need to relearn documentation with each move. The program also offers student loan repayment opportunities, structured onboarding, mentorship, and continuing education.

To qualify, you need a graduate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program and an active or pending PT license in the applicable state. This role suits clinicians who want geographic flexibility and the chance to build skills across different settings while maintaining the stability and career support of a single, large employer.
