About this role
DRW, a diversified trading firm operating across multiple asset classes and global markets, is building out its Corporate Actions operations team and seeking an Associate to establish efficient processes for the firm's growing needs. You would serve as a primary operational contact managing the full lifecycle of corporate actions—from validating dividend and event details in the firm's event management system, to processing voluntary elections, reconciling entitlements against broker and custodian reports, and resolving exceptions. This role sits at the intersection of daily operations and strategic build, meaning you'd work closely with technology teams to design and test new systems, define automation logic, and improve reconciliation workflows while also fielding inquiries from trading desks and other stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has three to five years of corporate actions experience across multiple regions and markets, with direct familiarity with vendor data platforms, prime broker portals, and equity reference data. You should be a detail-oriented problem solver comfortable managing both routine operational tasks and project-based work, with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across a global team. This is an in-office role in Chicago offering a base salary of $110,000 to $150,000 plus discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.
