About this role
This Channel Sales Manager role at Netskope is based in Mexico and focuses on building and managing a reseller partner network across a multi-territory region. You would oversee 7–10 sales teams, own revenue quota responsibility, and serve as the strategic liaison between Netskope and its VAR partners—including established relationships with firms like Optiv, Guidepoint, and Presidio. The work spans partner recruitment, business planning, deal management, sales and SE training coordination, and competitive positioning of Netskope's cloud security platform.
The ideal candidate brings at least four years of channel account management or reseller experience, with a proven track record of exceeding targets and building executive-level partnerships. You need to understand the reseller business model deeply, demonstrate a hunter mentality for new partner development, and be comfortable managing the full deal lifecycle including pricing, registrations, and Salesforce administration. Travel makes up 60% of the role, and you'll work closely with regional sales leadership and internal teams across functions.
This position suits someone who thrives in a territory-owning, quota-driven environment and has existing relationships within the strategic partner ecosystem. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and you should be prepared for an in-office, full-time commitment in Mexico.
