About this role

Alo Yoga is hiring a Visual Lead for its Mall at Milleria location in Orlando. This is a full-time, in-office role that combines visual merchandising strategy with operational and people leadership. You'll own the store's visual presentation—managing floor sets, product placement, inventory flow, and merchandising updates—while also overseeing shipment, receiving, and stock management. The position requires close partnership with the Operations and Visual Managers to execute company directives, manage budgets and expenses, and drive sales through strategic product presentation.

Beyond merchandising, you'll lead a team through coaching, feedback, and talent development, while modeling Alo's values and standards daily. You'll be expected to work opening and closing shifts, including weekends and the full holiday season through early January, and the job involves constant movement throughout the store—including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and standing for entire shifts.

This role suits someone with at least two years of client-facing, sales-driven retail experience and proven leadership ability. You should be self-motivated, receptive to feedback, and comfortable with dynamic problem-solving across visual standards, inventory control, and team development. Alo offers competitive benefits including employee discounts, wellness access, medical and dental coverage, 401k matching, and a clothing allowance.
