Description
Yoodli helps people get measurably better in their careers. We help individuals achieve this by helping them land their job, onboard at their companies, learn new skills, practice a speech, sales pitch or difficult conversation, and then take your Yoodli coach with you from one role to the next. For organizations, this means helping you upskill your entire workforce for the AI Future.
We’ve always believed in the human potential. In 2021, Esha and Varun started Yoodli as an AI communication coach - to help people communicate with confidence. Since then, our users have used Yoodli for so much more: to learn new concepts through AI Roleplays, practice different kinds of conversations (sales pitches, job interviews, manager conversations), and even use Yoodli as their personal coach to help them learn to use Gemini, Claude or other AI Tools. It’s why we expanded our technology to be the AI Platform for Human Skills.
Who We Are
Our team includes former employees from Google, Apple, Microsoft, Tableau, and beyond, united by a passion for empowering people using AI. We value humility, authenticity, and a can-do-attitude.

Our customers include Google, RingCentral, Databricks, Snowflake, Sandler Sales, Dale Carnegie, Toastmasters, and users in over 150 countries. The Role
Yoodli is looking for a VP of Marketing to lead and scale our marketing function as a member of the executive team, reporting directly to the CEO and participating in board meetings.
This is a full-stack marketing leadership role for someone who treats pipeline as the first proof point. You'll build a demand engine the board can see working, and you'll use that credibility to invest in the positioning, category, brand, and customer stories that make the engine compound. You've done this inside a B2B SaaS company scaling through the growth phase up to $100M ARR, and you know what breaks, what gets rebuilt, and what has to be invented for the first time.
You're a builder and a leader. You're comfortable writing the positioning doc, standing up the campaign, or shipping the landing page yourself with AI-native tools, and equally comfortable hiring, developing, and directing a team to scale beyond what you can do alone. You bring bold bets, run them as experiments, and you kill what isn't working fast.
What You'll Do
Build the demand engine. Own pipeline generation end to end across paid, organic, partner, events, and outbound support, with clear accountability for pipeline contribution, CAC, conversion, and ROI on spend.
Make marketing measurable. Stand up the marketing ops, attribution, and reporting foundation that lets us see what's working, and partner with Sales and RevOps so marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline turns into revenue.
Own the story. Lead product marketing and positioning, including the shift to Yoodli as an AI Platform for Human Skills. Set the messaging Sales sells with, run launches, and own competitive and packaging alongside Sales and Product.
Build the category and the brand. Make Yoodli the company people point to. Lead press, analyst relations, social, and thought leadership, and find the bets that get us talked about.
Turn customers into the growth engine. Build customer marketing and advocacy so proof points like Google Cloud, Snowflake, and Harness become a repeatable asset for pipeline and expansion.
Grow with partners. Build partner marketing with the ecosystem that already drives revenue for us, including Salesforce, SAP, FranklinCovey, and Korn Ferry.
Lead the team. Inherit a team of four across events and field marketing, product marketing, growth marketing, and press and social. Develop them, hire where the gaps are, and build a function that scales beyond your own hands.
Communicate at the executive and board level. Translate marketing strategy and performance into a clear, credible narrative for the CEO, leadership team, and board, and shape company strategy alongside Sales, Product, and CS.
Place bold bets. Propose well-reasoned experiments, take calculated risks, double down fast on what works, and cut what doesn't.
You Might Be a Fit If You...
- Have led marketing as an executive reporting to a CEO, or been a senior marketing leader, inside a B2B SaaS company scaling through the growth phase up to $100M ARR.
- Have built a marketing measurement model that a CFO and a board trusted, and can walk us through the funnel math for a business you ran.
- Have set a marketing vision a company rallied behind, and can point to the moment it changed how Sales sold.
- Have run the full function, not just one channel: demand gen, product marketing, brand and comms, partner and customer marketing, and marketing ops — and know how to invest across them without learning any of them on the job.
- Communicate exceptionally well with executives and boards, and can defend your funnel and spend in a room full of skeptics.
- Build with AI-native tools and ship without waiting on engineering. You know legacy marketing playbooks don't cut it anymore.
- Can do the work yourself and lead through others, and know when each is called for.
- Have a track record of bold bets, experiments, and smart risks rather than playing it safe.
- Are a great people leader who develops the team you have and hires the team you need.

About this role
Yoodli is a venture-backed AI platform helping professionals develop workplace skills, backed by $60M in funding and growing revenue 900% year over year. As VP of Marketing, you'd join the executive team reporting directly to the CEO, owning the full marketing function for a B2B SaaS company at a critical scaling phase. The role demands someone who can build a measurable demand engine across paid, organic, partner, and outbound channels while simultaneously owning product positioning, brand building, customer advocacy, and partner marketing—and who can credibly communicate marketing's impact to the board.
This is a full-stack leadership position suited to someone with executive marketing experience scaling a B2B SaaS company through growth phase, ideally to $100M ARR. You'd inherit a team of four and build it out, but you'd also be hands-on: writing positioning docs, running campaigns, and shipping landing pages yourself using AI tools. The work spans demand generation and marketing ops (with clear pipeline and ROI accountability), product marketing and competitive positioning, brand and analyst relations, and turning marquee customers like Google Cloud and Snowflake into repeatable growth assets. You'd need a track record of bold, measured bets, the ability to defend your funnel and spend to skeptics, and genuine skill at developing people and hiring to scale.
The role is based in Seattle with three days a week in office, offering $180,000–$230,000 salary plus bonus and equity. This suits someone who's built marketing measurement models a CFO would trust, set a vision that changed how a sales team sold, and knows when to do the work yourself versus leading through others.
