About this role
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring registered nurses for part-time adult home care positions across New Castle County, Delaware. This role centers on one-on-one patient care in clients' homes, with the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work day, evening, or overnight shifts in 8, 10, or 12-hour blocks. You'll be matched with cases near your location to minimize commute time, and you'll receive paid training from day one—both in the office and through simulation labs—plus around-the-clock clinical phone support to help you feel confident on your first shift.
The position requires a current valid U.S. nursing license and offers pay between $33–$43 per hour depending on the client and shift type.
