About this role
This role is a full-cycle inside sales position at Fleetworthy, a fleet management technology company, where you'd be responsible for acquiring new SMB customers through a mix of inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting. You'll research and qualify prospects, conduct product demonstrations, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals while hitting monthly and quarterly quotas. The position offers uncapped earning potential and requires you to stay current on Fleetworthy's suite of solutions—which span safety, compliance, toll management, and weigh station bypass—so you can speak knowledgeably with prospects about their fleet operations needs.
The ideal candidate has at least two years of B2B inside sales experience with a proven phone sales track record, strong communication and listening skills, and comfort with CRM systems. You'll need to juggle multiple priorities, work both independently and collaboratively with Customer Services and management, and be willing to travel up to 20 percent. An associate degree is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred. This is a remote role based in Dallas, suited for someone who thrives in a structured sales environment and wants to grow with a company that's established in the fleet industry.
