Our BAYADA Delaware Adult Skilled Nursing Office is interested in a Registered Nurse ( RN ) who has a passion for adult and/or geriatric care to join our Skilled Nursing Team. - On your first day, you can expect to meet the team and we will go over your availability and discuss possible schedules that will fit your lifestyle and our client needs. You will meet with our clinical educator and schedule any training you may need or want.
- During your paid Orientation, you will work on some training with our clinical educator in the SIM lab. Documentation training, fit testing and ID badge will also be completed. All training is paid as well! We also provide you with lunch and a bag of BAYADA swag!
- On your first day in the client home, you will be orientating with another BAYADA nurse to make sure you feel comfortable and it’s a good fit.

What makes private duty nursing different than home health visits:
- Traditional shifts (8’s, 10’s or 12’s)
- Hands-on care with only one client per day
- Building client relationships and watching their milestones
What your day looks like with BAYADA:
- Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
- Follow up with, execute, and properly documents doctors’ orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions
- Document observations, interventions and evaluations

Qualifications for a private duty RN:
- Graduations for an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state
Compensation and Schedule:
- Pay up to $43/hour based on client care and shift
