About this role
This is a part-time afternoon and early evening position delivering one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities under BCBA supervision. You'll implement individualized treatment plans across home, school, and center-based settings, collect session data, handle documentation, and communicate with families and your supervising clinician. The role suits someone with current RBT certification and at least six months of experience working with this population who values direct clinical work and can manage reliable scheduling in flexible afternoon hours.
The position offers $22–$28 per hour with the stated benefits of flexible scheduling, professional development support, and a pathway toward BCBA training if you're interested in advancing your career in ABA. You'll work within a supportive clinical team and have access to their Rethink app for documentation. This is a contract role, so it's worth clarifying the specific contract terms and duration before applying.
