Description

Every day, tens of millions of people come to Roblox to explore, create, play, learn, and connect with friends in 3D immersive digital experiences– all created by our global community of developers and creators.

At Roblox, we’re building the tools and platform that empower our community to bring any experience that they can imagine to life. Our vision is to reimagine the way people come together, from anywhere in the world, and on any device. We’re on a mission to connect a billion people with optimism and civility, and looking for amazing talent to help us get there.

A career at Roblox means you’ll be working to shape the future of human interaction, solving unique technical challenges at scale, and helping to create safer, more civil shared experiences for everyone.

We're looking for a Manager of Influencer Marketing to build and scale the operational backbone of our global influencer program. This is not a traditional campaign role — you'll be the person who turns creator relationships and regional programs into a repeatable, data-driven machine. You'll own the systems, playbooks, and tools that allow our influencer marketing team to operate efficiently at scale across markets and content types.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy and program operations, and is ideal for someone who thinks in systems, loves building things from scratch, and is energized by the challenge of bringing structure to a fast-moving space.

You will:

Program Operations & Scale

  • Design and manage the operational infrastructure for a global influencer program spanning multiple content types, markets, and campaign types
  • Partner with web systems team to manage front-end, creator facing authenticated portal as well as back-end systems
  • Build scalable workflows in our CRM system for influencer sourcing, contracting, onboarding, activation, and reporting — reducing manual lift while increasing output
  • Define and maintain program standards, SLAs, and intake processes across internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Partner with legal, finance, and other internal and external partners to streamline contracting and payment operations globally

Global Playbooks

  • Develop and maintain a suite of global playbooks covering influencer program application management, relationship tiering, campaign briefing, content guidelines, and performance benchmarking
  • Localize frameworks for regional teams while preserving global consistency in brand standards and measurement methodology
  • Establish best practices for new program verticals (e.g., live events, product launches, always-on ambassador programs) and codify learnings into repeatable resources
  • Train and enable cross-functional partners and regional teams on playbook adoption

CRM & Tooling

  • Lead the buildout of a centralized influencer CRM and creator-facing portal — defining data architecture, contact management standards, tagging taxonomy, and relationship history tracking
  • Build, evaluate, implement, and own influencer marketing technology (CRM platforms, discovery tools, reporting dashboards) and serve as the internal subject matter expert
  • Partner with data and analytics teams to develop dashboards that give real-time visibility into program health, creator performance, and spend efficiency
  • Ensure creator-facing portal is dynamic and up to date with our backend updates, and tooling for influencers adoption and usage.
  • Identify gaps in existing tooling and build or commission solutions that reduce friction and improve team output

You have:

  • 8-10 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or a closely related field, with at least 2 years in a role focused on operations, program management, or marketing technology
  • Exceptional project management skills — highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a rapidly changing environment
  • Demonstrated experience building or significantly improving influencer marketing infrastructure — playbooks, workflows, CRM systems, or reporting tools
  • Comfort operating across global markets and working with regional teams to adapt centralized frameworks
  • Strong analytical skills; able to work fluently with data to drive decisions and communicate program performance to leadership
  • Clear, concise communicator who can translate complex operational concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • A bias toward building: you'd rather create a system than patch a problem
  • Experience in gaming, entertainment, or consumer tech — particularly with creator ecosystems tied to UGC or live platforms
  • Familiarity with influencer contract structures, FTC guidelines, and international compliance considerations
  • Background in or exposure to marketing analytics, business intelligence tools, or data pipeline basics
  • Experience supporting large-scale live events or product launches with influencer programming components

About this role

This role is about building the operational infrastructure that allows Roblox's influencer marketing team to scale globally. You'd own the systems, workflows, and playbooks that turn creator relationships into a repeatable, data-driven program—designing CRM architecture, defining intake processes, managing contracting and payments across markets, and establishing best practices for different campaign types. This is operations and program management work, not campaign execution; you're creating the machine that enables others to run campaigns efficiently.

You'll need 8–10 years in influencer marketing or creator partnerships, with at least 2 years focused on operations or marketing technology. The role specifically calls for hands-on experience building or overhauling infrastructure—playbooks, workflows, CRM systems, reporting tools—and the ability to work across global teams while maintaining consistent standards. Strong project management, analytical skills, and fluency with data are essential. Experience in gaming, entertainment, or creator ecosystems (particularly UGC or live platforms) is valued, as is familiarity with influencer contracts, FTC compliance, and marketing analytics tools.

This is a full-time, in-office role in San Mateo with a base salary of $191,340–$234,390, plus equity and benefits. It suits someone who thinks systematically, enjoys building from scratch, and is energized by bringing structure to a fast-moving space—not someone looking to manage campaigns day-to-day, but someone who wants to design the systems that make campaigns possible at scale.
