About this role
Upstream Rehabilitation is looking for PRN physical therapists to provide flexible outpatient orthopedic coverage at their Bowling Green location, with the option to float across multiple clinics in the area. You'll work 1–19 hours per week on a schedule that accommodates weekdays, weekends, mornings, and evenings, earning $50–$55 per hour. The role suits recent graduates and experienced clinicians alike who want to build patient relationships while maintaining scheduling flexibility.
Your day-to-day work involves developing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and delivering outcomes-driven therapy in a collaborative team environment. A notable feature of this position is access to Upstream's new AI documentation scribe, which handles clinical charting in real time so you can stay fully present with patients rather than managing paperwork. You'll have support from central administrative teams and ongoing access to continuing education resources, including a 20% discount on IAMT courses and a free Medbridge account.
The position offers a genuine pathway to transition into full-time or part-time work if you choose, along with standard PRN benefits including 401k matching, an Employee Assistance Program, and the backing of Upstream's national network of over 1,200 clinics. This is a good fit if you're seeking flexible, patient-focused work with room to grow within an established organization.
