About this role

Home Chef's Atlanta plant is looking for an Onsite Associate Recruiter to own the full hiring cycle for production, quality, and warehouse hourly roles. You'd handle everything from sourcing candidates across job boards, social media, and employee referrals, through screening and interviews, to extending offers and onboarding new hires. The role also includes managing the applicant tracking system, coordinating with other recruiters at different locations when needed, and supporting the facility's food safety and quality compliance efforts.

This position suits someone with strong communication and organizational skills who works well in a fast-paced environment. You'll need proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, attention to detail, and the ability to build positive relationships with candidates. While formal recruiting experience isn't required—the role asks for up to one year of post-secondary training—you should be comfortable making hiring decisions and handling administrative tasks like I-9 verification and HRIS data entry. The job is fully in-office in Atlanta with minimal travel.

Home Chef offers standard benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, a 401k program, and flexible spending accounts. As an added perk, employees get a discount code for the company's meal service.
