Description

Nurse Practitioner

Integrated Women’s Care (IWC)
Employment Type: Full-Time
FLSA Status: Exempt
Compensation: $55 - $75/ hour, based on geographic location
Reports To: Nurse Practitioner Manager
Work Location: Remote — work must be completed within the United States
Schedule: Between 7:00 am – 7:00 pm, patient local timezone

You built your career caring for women at a time when the healthcare system largely ignored them. You know HRT, you understand the complexity of perimenopause, and you’ve spent years earning the clinical instincts it takes to actually get this right. Now you want to do it at scale — for more patients, with fewer barriers, and in a practice model that matches how you already think and work.

That’s what Midi is. A fully virtual, fast-paced clinical environment built specifically around women’s midlife health — and designed for NPs who are ready to practice at their best.

THE ROLE

You’ll carry a full patient panel, managing perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep — all virtually. This is ongoing, relationship-based care, which means your patients come back to you — visit after visit, over months and years. You’ll prescribe and independently manage HRT (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone), evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management including GLP-1 therapies, and make autonomous clinical decisions every day.

It’s a high-volume environment. Documentation, follow-through, and productivity benchmarks are part of the job — and the NPs who thrive here don’t fight that reality, they’re built for it. If you’re the kind of clinician who runs efficient visits without sacrificing warmth, closes every loop without being reminded, and moves comfortably between patients and platforms, you’ll feel at home here.

WHO THRIVES HERE

Our most successful NPs tend to share a few things in common:

  • They are genuinely passionate about women’s midlife health — this isn’t a stopover, it’s their calling
  • They are fluent with technology — EHR, video, AI scribe tools, Slack, clinical decision support — and they adapt quickly when tools change
  • They hold themselves to a high standard without needing to be managed toward it
  • They can carry a full panel, hit productivity targets, and still make every patient feel like the only one
  • They’ve practiced independently long enough to trust their own clinical judgment
  • They believe that listening deeply and documenting accurately are both forms of excellent care

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC
  • 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients
  • 3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT
  • 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel — building ongoing relationships and making autonomous clinical decisions over time
  • 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience
  • 1+ year evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists
  • Multiple active state licenses (DEA preferred)
  • Preferred: certification in Menopause (MSCP) and/or Obesity Medicine

About this role

Midi Health is building a fully virtual practice dedicated to women's midlife health, and they're looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to manage a full patient panel remotely from Minnesota. You'd be working with engaged patients across perimenopause, menopause, weight management, sexual health, mood, and sleep—providing ongoing, relationship-based care where patients return to you over months and years. This is independent clinical work: you'll prescribe and manage HRT autonomously, evaluate patients for GLP-1 therapies, and make your own decisions daily within a protocol-driven framework.

The environment is high-volume and fast-paced, which means efficiency matters alongside clinical quality. You'll document thoroughly, hit productivity benchmarks, and move fluidly between patients and digital tools—EHR, video, AI scribes, and clinical decision support. Midi is looking for clinicians who are genuinely passionate about this specialty (not passing through), comfortable with technology, self-directed, and able to deliver warm, attentive care at scale. You'll need at least three years of independent experience managing perimenopause and menopause, prescribing and titrating HRT, maintaining a continuous patient panel, and practicing telemedicine synchronously. Board certification as FNP-C, FNP-BC, or WHNP-BC is required, along with multiple active state licenses and at least one year managing pharmacologic weight therapies.

The role is fully remote with scheduling flexibility between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. in patient time zones, though occasional evening or weekend coverage may be needed. Compensation is $55–$70 per hour based on location, with paid time off, a professional development allowance, and CE-eligible training. You must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
