About this role

Affirm's Client Success team builds lasting partnerships with merchant clients, and this Lead role puts you at the center of that work. You'd own the relationship strategy for key accounts, driving adoption of Affirm's payment solutions, identifying expansion opportunities, and keeping clients healthy and satisfied. The position requires you to be both a strategic partner to merchants and an internal advocate, collaborating across Analytics, Product, Marketing, Credit, and Technical teams to solve problems and shape solutions that work for both sides.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of account management experience, ideally in fintech, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. You'll need fluency in CRM platforms like Salesforce, familiarity with marketing tech and e-commerce, and a proactive mindset to anticipate client needs and spot revenue opportunities. This is a fully remote role with an on-target earnings range of $110,000–$187,500 depending on location, plus equity, comprehensive health benefits at no cost, and monthly stipends for tech and wellness. Note that visa sponsorship is not available.
