About this role

You'll combine hands-on leadership—running weekly 1:1s, live call coaching, and performance reviews—with strategic work alongside Sales and Marketing to refine targeting and ensure your team pursues the right accounts. Success requires balancing immediate execution against monthly and quarterly goals with longer-term team development, preparing SDRs for advancement into other roles at NICE.

You'll need strong analytical skills to track metrics and spot trends, fluency with Salesforce and sales engagement platforms, and the communication ability to motivate and hold a team accountable. A "player-coach" mindset is essential—you should thrive in fast-paced environments, adapt to ambiguity, and genuinely invest in developing talent while maintaining psychological safety.
