About this role
TeleTracking's Logistics Engineering team is building services that help hospitals manage patient flow and optimize care delivery across health systems. As a Software Engineer I, you'd contribute to expanding this platform by developing features on an event-driven microservices architecture running on AWS. The work involves designing and operating resilient services, establishing performance metrics and alerts, responding to production issues in an on-call rotation, and collaborating on architectural decisions alongside more experienced engineers.
The role suits someone with 0–2 years of experience in Java, Go, or similar languages who is comfortable debugging in production and learning to use coding agents as part of the development workflow. You should have a working grasp of microservices and event-driven architecture, with genuine curiosity about understanding both the technical challenges and the hospital operations problems your code solves. The company values engineers who break problems into manageable pieces, communicate clearly with teammates, and grow their skills deliberately.
