Corporate Recruiter

Renewal by Andersen of Atlanta is looking for a Corporate Sales Recruiter to build and manage their sales hiring pipeline at their Indianapolis office. In this full-cycle recruiting role, you'll source qualified sales candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and extend offers while tracking recruitment metrics and staying current with industry best practices. You'll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent.

This position suits someone with proven recruiting experience, ideally in sales, who understands the sales hiring process and can assess both skills and cultural fit. You'll need strong communication abilities, proficiency with applicant tracking systems, and the capacity to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines. The role is based in-office in Indianapolis, Monday through Friday during standard business hours.

The position offers an hourly rate of $24–$26 with uncapped bonus potential, plus a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, a 401(k) with company match, and a tuition repayment program.
