About this role

Capco's Cyber Security practice is seeking a Project Manager to lead enterprise Identity and Access Management transformations centered on Microsoft Entra ID. Based in Dallas with hybrid flexibility, this permanent role sits at the intersection of technology delivery and security strategy, requiring someone who can shepherd complex IAM initiatives from design through operational handoff while managing competing priorities across business, infrastructure, and security teams.

The position demands at least five years of enterprise technology or cybersecurity project management experience, with direct hands-on background implementing or modernizing Entra ID environments. You'll need solid grounding in IAM fundamentals—SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, identity governance—and the ability to navigate multiple delivery methodologies. Beyond technical fluency, the role emphasizes stakeholder leadership: you'll develop governance materials for steering committees, facilitate client workshops, and translate between executive sponsors and technical teams while keeping projects aligned with Zero Trust principles and regulatory requirements.

This suits someone comfortable in a consulting environment who wants to deepen expertise in identity security while building delivery leadership skills. Capco offers professional development support, including certification reimbursement, and prioritizes work on high-stakes programs for financial services and energy sector clients. Prior experience in banking, capital markets, or similar regulated industries, along with credentials like PMP or CISM, would strengthen your candidacy.
