Description
SpaceX was founded under the belief that a future where humanity is out exploring the stars is fundamentally more exciting than one where we are not. Today, SpaceX is actively developing the technologies to make this possible, with the ultimate goal of making life multiplanetary and expanding consciousness to the stars.
SpaceXSI is building Super Intelligence to help humanity understand the universe. Our teams are building the full Super Intelligence stack: from our Colossus supercomputers, to Grok models, to our suite of applications, including Grok Bot, Grok Build, Grok Imagine, Grok Voice, and X. We're creating a powerful flywheel where more compute trains better models, better models power more useful products, and what we learn from people using those products shapes what we build next.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a Driver to oversee delivery and material transport operations supporting data center construction and operations in Memphis, TN. About this role
SpaceXAI is building infrastructure to support AI systems that advance human knowledge, and this Driver role is central to keeping that operation moving. You'll manage the safe transport of high-value data center equipment—servers, networking gear, power systems, and cooling infrastructure—between warehouses, vendors, and construction sites across the Memphis area. This isn't a straightforward delivery job; you'll combine hands-on driving and loading with route coordination, inventory management via WMS/ERP systems, and direct communication with logistics leadership when issues arise.
The role demands a Class A CDL with at least three years of commercial driving experience, ideally including both short and long-haul work. Beyond driving, you'll operate forklifts, scan barcodes, maintain vehicle records, and manage Electronic Logging Devices while staying compliant with DOT regulations. The company values people who take initiative and communicate clearly, so you should be comfortable flagging problems early and suggesting process improvements. Physical demands are significant—lifting 40–50 lbs regularly, working in warehouses and outdoor conditions, and being available for long hours, evenings, weekends, and overtime as project timelines require.
If you have experience with high-value or sensitive equipment, material handling in manufacturing or data centers, or a Hazardous Materials Endorsement, you'll stand out. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Southaven, Mississippi, suited to someone with strong work ethic who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and wants to contribute directly to the company's mission.
