About this role
Sono Bello's Charlotte location is looking for a Medical Receptionist to manage the front-office operations for a cosmetic surgery practice. You'd be the first point of contact for patients seeking body contouring and laser liposuction procedures, handling everything from greeting and check-in to scheduling follow-ups, processing payments, and maintaining charts and inventory. The role combines traditional administrative tasks—managing the appointment book, preparing patient files, handling billing—with customer service in a field where patients are typically motivated and positive about their treatment.
This position suits someone comfortable with MS Office and basic accounting tasks who can stay organized under the pace of a busy medical office. You'll need reliable phone and computer skills, the ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and the physical capability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. The job offers the appeal of a smaller practice environment backed by a large, established company, plus standard benefits including health coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off—with no holiday or night shifts required.
