About this role
Working in Zeta Global's Programmatic Analytics and Strategy team means bridging the gap between complex data and client strategy. You'd own the full lifecycle of campaign performance—from initial setup and testing design through optimization recommendations and final results communication. The role splits between external client partnerships (where you'd translate model performance into business insights and lead strategy discussions) and internal collaboration with Product and Engineering teams to improve platform capabilities. Success here requires equal parts technical rigor and storytelling ability: you need to pull insights from data but also convince clients why those insights matter to their business.
The position calls for at least two years in a similar analytics or programmatic role, with strong SQL and Excel fundamentals as table stakes. Beyond that, experience with Python, Tableau, VBA, or SAS is valued, and a background in digital media or programmatic specifically is important. You should be comfortable designing tests, reviewing model performance across multiple dimensions, and presenting findings clearly to non-technical audiences. A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or Marketing (or equivalent experience) rounds out the profile.
Based in the US with hybrid flexibility if you're in the NYC area, the role offers a $90,000–$110,000 salary depending on location and experience, plus unlimited PTO, solid health coverage, equity participation, and other standard perks. This suits someone who enjoys working across teams, thrives with multiple high-profile clients, and wants to grow in a fast-moving environment.
