About this role
Nimble Robotics is building autonomous supply chain robots in partnership with FedEx, and this role puts you on the manufacturing side of that mission. As an Electro-Mechanical Assembler, you'll build and inspect the mechanical and electrical components that go into their generalist robots, working from engineering drawings and schematics to ensure each assembly meets specifications. The work involves hands-on use of hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and testing gear, paired with quality inspection and troubleshooting when issues arise.
You'll need at least two years of electro-mechanical assembly experience, a high school diploma or technical training, and the ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods. The role values precision, attention to detail, and the ability to read technical documentation accurately. You'll also document your work, collaborate with engineering and quality teams on problem-solving, and contribute to process improvements.
This is a full-time, in-office position in Haslet, Texas. Nimble's culture emphasizes resourcefulness, humility, and doing hard things well—if you're someone who takes ownership and wants to work on robotics at scale, this could be a strong fit.
