Associate Consultant — Workplace Advisory (Bilingual Japanese and English)

As a client-facing associate consultant at Gallup, you’ll transform organizations’ complicated challenges into positive business outcomes. • Create and implement complex project plans
• Provide compelling, innovative and strategic insights and recommendations for maximum organizational performance
• Turn data insights into actionable steps for leaders

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred
• At least one year of experience in paid professional work in any of the following areas required: complex project management, client management, management consulting, human capital consulting, related consultative business development
• Full fluency in Japanese with proficiency in English required
• Ability to work in our Tokyo office at least three days per week required, with the option to work remotely the remaining days
• Eligibility to work in Japan required — open to foreign candidates with valid work visas; this position is not eligible for employment-based visa sponsorship
