About this role
Tenon is building enterprise marketing workflows on the ServiceNow platform, and this role offers the chance to own meaningful pieces of that product as a full stack engineer. You'd work across web applications, APIs, and backend services—designing and building features end-to-end, from frontend to cloud infrastructure. The work spans typical full-stack concerns: database design, API development, event-driven services, and integrations with third-party systems. You'd also help shape how the engineering team operates, mentor other developers, and contribute to technical decisions as the company scales.
The ideal candidate has at least five years of professional development experience and is comfortable working across the entire stack—frontend and backend, relational and non-relational databases, cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud. You should be solid at writing tests, troubleshooting production issues, and working through ambiguous problems. Remote work is the norm here, so strong async communication and the ability to collaborate effectively across a distributed team matter. B2B SaaS experience, event-driven architectures, or familiarity with ServiceNow or marketing tech would be valuable additions, though not required.
The salary range is $120k–$150k depending on experience. Tenon emphasizes a culture of high standards, direct communication, and shared ownership—the kind of place where you're expected to jump in on whatever needs doing and where the team moves fast in a deadline-driven environment.
