About this role
Windsor Advantage, a major SBA and USDA lending platform provider, is looking for someone to manage a portfolio of construction and multi-draw loans on behalf of the banks and credit unions it serves. You'd handle the full lifecycle of these loans—from facilitating disbursements and reviewing draw requests for SBA compliance, to tracking balances, maintaining borrower communication, and managing delinquencies through demand letters and workout discussions. The work involves coordinating across multiple parties: lender clients, borrowers, government entities, and third-party vendors, while maintaining meticulous documentation and reconciling discrepancies weekly.
This role suits someone with a bachelor's degree and at least a year of administrative or finance experience who can manage competing priorities independently and communicate clearly under minimal supervision. SBA or commercial lending background is preferred but not required. You'll need strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think both tactically and strategically about departmental efficiency. The position is based in Chicago and requires in-office presence three days a week, with flexibility to work remotely Tuesday and Friday. Salary ranges from $52,000 to $75,000 annually, plus a performance-based bonus and benefits including 401k matching, paid parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
