About Pallet
Pallet is building AI Agents to transform the physical economy — a $12 trillion global industry. We’ve raised $50M from top investors, including General Catalyst, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Bain Capital Ventures. In under two years, we’ve achieved 700% revenue growth and are just getting started.
Our mission is to increase the efficiency of the global supply chain by automating the manual workflows that slow supply chain teams down — from scheduling and appointment setting to data entry and load management. Our flagship platform provides end-to-end visibility, control, and optimization, while our newest product, CoPallet, introduces AI Agents that can understand and execute requests in real time and integrate directly with customer systems.
As companies across the physical economy look to generative AI to drive efficiency, many are turning to Pallet to lead the way. With deep supply chain expertise and cutting-edge AI capabilities, we’re positioned to build the next $10B company powering the physical economy.
Join us and work alongside leaders from Google, DoorDash, YC, and more to shape the future of supply chain technology.
About the Opportunity
Pallet has proven that some of the world’s largest logistics companies will buy and deploy our technology. Now we’re building the marketing engine that will help us reach the next hundred.
As the Founding Growth Lead, you’ll help build the systems and programs that turn market awareness into qualified enterprise pipeline. You’ll work across paid acquisition, email, website conversion, content distribution, ABM, SEO, AEO, and emerging channels—figuring out where to invest, what to test, and how to scale what works.
This is not a role where you’ll inherit a mature playbook and optimize around the edges. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how Pallet approaches demand generation: testing new channels, building repeatable programs, and developing the infrastructure we need to understand what is actually driving pipeline and revenue.
We don’t expect you to be the deepest technical expert in every channel. We do expect you to understand how the pieces fit together, develop strong opinions about what works, go deep when necessary, and bring in specialized partners when they can help us move faster.
You’ll also help build the operating foundation behind our growth engine—from attribution and automation to lead routing, segmentation, website tracking, and funnel reporting. The goal is simple: understand where growth comes from, double down on what works, and build a demand engine that can scale with the company.

- Understanding of MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, and revenue conversion
- Depth in at least one channel and the ability to learn adjacent channels quickly
- Evidence of fast career progression and strong learning ability
- Experience at a rapidly growing startup or a top-tier university background

About this role
Pallet is scaling rapidly—700% revenue growth in under two years—and now needs to build the demand generation engine that will take them from proven product-market fit with major logistics companies to reaching the next hundred enterprise customers. As Founding Growth Lead, you'd own that mission: designing and executing the marketing systems that turn awareness into qualified pipeline across paid acquisition, email, website conversion, ABM, content distribution, and emerging channels. This isn't about optimizing an existing playbook; you'll shape how Pallet approaches growth from the ground up, testing what works, building repeatable programs, and developing the infrastructure to measure what actually drives revenue.
The role demands someone who understands how different channels and tactics fit together and can move between them fluidly—paid digital, email, website, content, SEO—without needing to be the deepest expert in each. You'll partner with specialized agencies and contractors where it makes sense, but you own the strategy, the decisions about where to invest, and the accountability for results. You'll also build the operating foundation: attribution models, automation, lead routing, segmentation, and funnel reporting that let the team see clearly where growth is coming from.
You should have 3-7 years in growth, demand generation, or ABM roles, ideally with experience marketing enterprise technology through a sales-led process. The company values fast learners with evidence of rapid career progression and comfort working in a startup environment. The role is based in San Francisco (4-5 days a week in-office) and comes with a salary of $140,000–$200,000 plus equity and a full benefits package.
