About this role

Perry Ellis International is implementing a new enterprise planning system and needs a Business Systems Analyst to lead this transformation across the organization. You'd be the bridge between business stakeholders in Planning, Merchandising, and Finance and the technical implementation team, translating their planning processes into system requirements and configurations. The role involves gathering requirements, documenting data flows, developing test plans, creating training materials, and supporting users after launch—essentially owning the user experience and adoption of the solution.

This position suits someone with hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in a retail or wholesale environment, ideally with exposure to enterprise planning tools like Anaplan. You'll need strong analytical skills, the ability to map and document business processes, and comfort with project management methodologies. SQL knowledge and data analysis experience are valuable additions. The role demands someone who can communicate effectively across organizational levels and work both independently and collaboratively to keep the implementation on track and within scope.

The position is full-time and based at Perry Ellis International's Miami headquarters, with standard benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and employee discounts on the company's 40+ lifestyle apparel brands.
