Our team is growing, and we need forward-thinking, uncompromising, competitive team members to continue to facilitate our growth.
Overview
Netradyne is seeking an Integrations Product Manager to own the definition, delivery, and adoption of integrations between the Driver•i platform and third-party systems.

They are comfortable working with APIs and integrations, managing multiple concurrent initiatives, and turning recurring operational work into scalable product capabilities.

· Work directly with customers, partners, and resellers to understand workflows, business requirements, and integration opportunities.
· Independently create workflow diagrams, process flows, requirements, and solution proposals prior to engineering implementation.
· Evaluate multiple solution approaches and recommend the best option based on customer value, scalability, technical feasibility, and long-term platform strategy.
· Drive product initiatives from discovery through launch, including requirements, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, testing, rollout, and adoption.
· Coordinate with customers, partners, and internal teams to proactively identify and resolve blockers throughout delivery.
· Identify opportunities to automate, standardize, or productize recurring operational activities.
· Contribute to roadmap planning through customer feedback, market insights, and business objectives.
· Perform light technical analysis, API validation, scripting, querying, or troubleshooting where appropriate.
Requirements
· 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Business Analysis, Solutions Engineering, or a related discipline.
· Experience defining workflows, requirements, and solution designs for software products or integrations.
· Demonstrated ability to independently analyze business problems and develop solution approaches prior to engineering involvement.
· Experience working directly with customers, partners, vendors, or resellers.
· Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, SaaS platforms, authentication concepts, and integration architectures.
· Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
· Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with API platforms, integrations, or enterprise SaaS products.
· Familiarity with OAuth2, SSO, SDKs, database concepts, and cloud technologies.

About this role
Netradyne is looking for a Product Manager to own integrations between its Driver•i fleet safety platform and third-party systems like ELDs, TMS, and dispatch software. You'd work directly with customers, partners, and resellers to map their workflows, define requirements, and design scalable integration approaches—doing much of this analysis independently before handing off to engineering. The role spans the full product lifecycle: from discovery and requirements documentation through cross-functional execution with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure successful adoption.
This position suits someone with three or more years in product management, technical product management, business analysis, or solutions engineering who is comfortable with APIs and integration architectures. You'll need strong analytical skills to independently break down complex business problems, the ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously, and enough technical fluency to validate APIs, write basic queries, and troubleshoot when needed. Experience in fleet management or transportation is a plus, as is hands-on familiarity with tools like Postman or SQL.
The hybrid role is based in Nashville and offers a competitive salary ($107,000–$167,500 depending on location), equity, comprehensive health coverage, generous PTO, and a 401(k) match. Netradyne is growing rapidly and explicitly seeks people who can turn recurring operational work into scalable product capabilities.
