About this role

Digi Security Systems is looking for someone to take full ownership of warehouse and inventory operations across their multi-location security systems business in Dallas. You'd be responsible for keeping inventory accurate and ready across all branches, managing receiving and kitting so field teams have completed project kits staged at least 72 hours before deployment, controlling shrinkage and carrying costs, and maintaining real-time visibility into assets and stock levels for leadership and project teams. The role also includes resolving inventory discrepancies and RMAs within tight timeframes, tracking company tools and equipment, and ensuring OSHA compliance across warehouse locations.

This is a leadership position requiring you to build and develop inventory coordinator teams across multiple branches while establishing consistent processes and cross-training to eliminate single points of failure. You'll report monthly on inventory health metrics by branch and location, refine warehouse SOPs, and partner closely with project managers, procurement, and executives. The job demands 5+ years of warehouse and inventory management experience, ideally in security or low voltage systems, with proven success leading multi-location teams. You'll need hands-on knowledge of inventory platforms like ConnectWise or comparable ERP systems, strong problem-solving skills, and comfort with 25–30% travel to other Digi locations. A bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or business is preferred, though equivalent experience qualifies.
